Updated Return Policy Agreement

Effective: April 10, 2021

 

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”) CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WENSLEYDALE FARMS PTY LTD, AN SOUTH AFRICAN CORPORATION (“COMPANY”).

 

Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes you need to return an item. It happens. Here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges.

 

1. Contact Us Within 3 Days

Due to the nature of our products, the shelf life of organic foods is not long as such for all Dehydrated and Dry foods, contact us within 3 days to process your return. We’ll work with you to arrange your return within 48 hours. All returns must be authorized by our team.

 

2. Repack Your Return

Carefully repack the unused, undamaged, and saleable items in the original packaging. Please include your invoice, and prepay, insure, and track your return package.

 

3. Crediting Your Account

We’ll inspect the product to ensure it is in original condition and packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original credit card within 7 days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note due to the nature of our products, the shelf life of organic foods is not long as such for all fresh food products, no refunds will be processed.

 

*All clearance sales are final.

*For safety reasons, we cannot accept used items.
